We would like to thank the organizers of the testing of the systems of automobile numbers recognition that took place at the Security Technologies -2010 Forum, for their work. Due to the results of the testing we have revealed an error in the software, which uses our recognition algorithm (Overseer Traffic and Overseer Parking of 1.9 versions). As a result of this error the excess filtering of recognition results has been being performed, consequently, some of the recognized numbers were being lost.
Face recognition system Overseer Face Code is a software complex designed for automatic stream face recognition and saving received information to the database. Intellectual system kernel is based on the latest neural network algorithms that guarantee the highest recognition level.
Overseer Auto Code is designed for searching, revealing and recognizing the state transport vehicle numbers. Overseer Auto Code creates the chronological archive of the car numbers that can be additionally viewed and processed by the operator. The archive contains information about recognition time, car number (text field), country, move direction, relative speed, number photo, and the whole shot from which the number was recognized.
While developing or examining any electronic devices a radio-amateur often needs to measure the signal parameters or at least to check the input and output signals, record them and, possibly, decode. A number of devices are used to solve these problems: oscilloscope, spectral analyzer, logger, logical analyzer/generator. Each device often requires a separate interface slot and has a special power supply that is also a negative factor.
