Central supervisory panel IRBIS-Guard is an inner computer network within the connection server, database server with “SPIDER” software, and operators’ work places, number of which depends on the number of guarded objects and is limited only by the database server resources. The database is entirely stored on the central server. Modification access is strictly delimited not only by IRBIS-Guard software, but also by the operation system. This protects database from the operator’s incorrect manipulations, computer breakdowns, etc.

The number of guarded objects is limited by the database server resources and Internet dedicated line bandwidth.

It is necessary to provide one or more dedicated Internet lines at the panel, as well as one or more modems of any type to reserve data communication channels.

Operator’s work place is a diskless computer station that is loaded via local network. This allows efficient connection of additional work places, both mobile and remote, connected via the Internet.
