Human face recognition from video stream is a complex mathematical and algorithmic problem. Many companies tried to create finished, ready-to-use solution for search and identification of particular faces in video surveillance systems, but every time recognition efficiency and accuracy were inadmissible.

“Video Internet Technologies” company’s development, named Overseer FaceCode SDK, is a unique developer complex allowing tocreate a video surveillance system, where the profiles of people set from before are identified and tracked automatically.

Currently the need of those systems is quite high: it is necessary to maintain the security of people in such busy places asairports, railway stations, at mass events and concerts. It is impossible to provide collating of such a great number of people with the bases of dangerous and unwanted people neither for one operator, not for a group of them. Here Overseer FaceCode SDK can help: using this system it is possible to develop a product that can provide efficient, and, what’s more important, quality people recognition in the video stream.

This recognition system does not require neither high quality image nor high-speed video stream. All developers’ efforts wereaimed at achieving admissible recognition quality utilizing the existing and used hardware video surveillance means. Currently this unit is undergoing closed testing in several companies that are going to develop commercial products for big business structures and law machinery of several CIS countries.
