Does the software developed by your company run under LinuxMacOS?

Our software is currently running under Windows only. But we are working on providing the compatibility of our Products with other operation systems. The versions running under MacOS will be available soon.

Do you release the new program versions and their updates?
We never stop working on our products, and we are updating and improving them constantly. Our partners can send us recommendations on the improvement of the software functionality. All suggestions are reviewed and taken into account if possible. 

I would like to make an order of your product. How can I do that?
To order Despamious or USB-oscilloscope IRIS it is sufficient to fill a form where you can choose the most convenient type of payment and delivery. In order to buy Overseer series products, feel free to contact our manager.

Do you provide your products with warranty?
Intellectual recognition systems and USB-oscilloscope IRIS are provided with a 1-year warranty. We also provide the technical support for all our software. If any questions occur, you can always ask us for help and consultation.

I ordered one of your products, but for some reasons, it has not been delivered yet. What may be the problem? 
There may be several reasons for that. Most often, such problems occur at the post or delivery service, when the delivery is postponed for some reasons or sent to the wrong address. It is also possible that money you paid were transferred to the wrong account. To investigate your situation and receive you purchase, feel free to contact our managers – this will ensure effective solution of the problem.
