Acumen video capture board support

 

Overseer video surveillance systems now support Acumen video capture boards!

On Russian market of video capture board having hardware compression Acumen boards make up a reasonable solution by price\quality criterion. Analogue signal digitizing is carried out by the means of the board itself that allows decreasing costs for buying a PC immensely.

Each video capture board contains independent audio inputs, meaning that for connected cameras video can be recorded with sounds, providing the effect of presence at the filming spot. Compression techniques that are used in video capture boards Acumen - MJPEG, MPEG4 и H.264.

Ai-BOX - outer video capture board that is connected via USB 2.0 without additional power supplies and direct installing on the PC. Ai-BOX processes video signal from 4 cameras simultaneously. There is a possibility of synchronous audio recording upon microphone availability.
